About

The 10-07 Charitable Fund

The 10-07 Charitable Fund is dedicated to preserving and advancing the legacy of Corporal Toby Kim Candilora. The Fund is a Utah based 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation that continues the work Toby started in life, building law enforcement leaders through education, helping people find their own distinctive legacies and supporting the ALS Association.

Family and friends chose to name the fund the 10-07 Charitable Fund, as the term 10-07 is emblematic of the strength, perseverance and love Toby brought to his work and life. Law enforcement uses the code 10-07 when signing off duty. Toby’s death on 10-07-2009 felt like a call to ensure those of us still on duty continued his work.
