I am sincerely honored to have been selected as the recipient of the Toby Candilora Criminal Justice Scholarship. Thank you for your generosity and for allowing me to continue my education and develop my knowledge in the criminal justice field. School has always been really important to me, and knowing that someone is willing to help me better myself and my community by providing higher education is a huge help in helping me succeed in life. 

As I complete my education at Weber State University, I am very thankful to be receiving this scholarship. Because of your scholarship I will be able to continue to work towards my goal to become a Forensic Scientist and work in the criminal justice field. I have always liked serving and helping others, and I feel like the working in the criminal justice field is a great way to serve and better the community.
